RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our store is happy to accept online returns within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund, or an exchange for an item of equal value.

Refunds and exchanges apply only to physical products that have arrived damaged. Items returned after the 60-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To start your return/exchange, please email annie@thewellsmakery.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

We will review your return within 72 hours and give you written permission to ship the item back to us.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request. If your request is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped from the USA.

We will ship your items within 3 days of receiving your order. If we are out of town, she will send you an email to notify you when your item will be shipped. When your item has shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you.

We ship all domestic items USPS ground, which typically arrives within 3-7 business days.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
